01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between crexkex (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual (hereinafter "Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses any part of the crexkex online betting and casino platform available at crexkex.net and its associated subdomains and mobile applications.

By accessing the crexkex platform — whether by creating an account, browsing the site, or placing any wager — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the crexkex platform.

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior agreements between you and crexkex. crexkex operates as an internationally licensed offshore platform and makes no representation that its services are lawful or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction. Players access crexkex entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.

1.1 Amendments to These Terms

crexkex reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on the crexkex website with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the crexkex platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated agreement.

1.2 Governing Language

These Terms are drafted in English. The crexkex platform operates in English as its primary language of service. All player communications, support interactions, bonus terms, and account notices are issued in English. Players in Bangladesh are served in English, which is the designated operating language of the crexkex platform for the Bangladesh market.

1.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall, to that extent, be severed from the remaining terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

02 Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of the crexkex platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You represent, warrant, and confirm the following at the time of registration and on each subsequent use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Individuals under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any crexkex service under any circumstances. 18+
• You are acting on your own behalf and are the sole beneficial owner of any funds deposited into your crexkex account.
• You are not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by law, and you have independently verified that your participation is lawful in your country of residence.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion register or national problem gambling exclusion list.
• You have not previously been barred, suspended, or excluded from the crexkex platform or any affiliated platform.
• All registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.1 Registration Process

To open a crexkex account, you must complete the registration form available on the crexkex login page, providing your full legal name, date of birth, email address, country of residence, and preferred currency (BDT). You must choose a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other online service.

By submitting your registration, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and accurate. crexkex reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

crexkex operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any stage of your relationship with crexkex, including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of current residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of bKash or Nagad wallet, bank statement)
• A selfie photograph holding your ID document

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay until verification is complete.

03 Account Obligations

As a registered crexkex player, you accept the following ongoing obligations with respect to the management and use of your account:

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your crexkex account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. crexkex will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

If you suspect that your crexkex account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the crexkex support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. crexkex will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your account during the review.

3.2 One Account Per Household

Each individual player may hold only one crexkex account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single person — including under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. crexkex employs technical and manual detection measures to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all such accounts will be suspended and any bonus funds or winnings derived from duplicate account usage will be forfeited.

3.3 Accurate Personal Information

You are required to keep your registered personal information accurate and current at all times. If any of your details change — including your email address, residential address, or payment method — you must update your account information promptly. crexkex reserves the right to suspend accounts where information is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or inconsistent with submitted verification documents.

3.4 Responsible Use

You agree to use the crexkex platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. Commercial exploitation of the platform, including the provision of betting services to third parties using your crexkex account, is strictly prohibited. crexkex accounts may not be used for any commercial, professional, or business betting operation.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

crexkex accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using a range of local and international payment methods. All financial transactions on the crexkex platform are subject to the conditions set out in this section.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals on the crexkex platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay
• Maximum single deposit: Subject to the limits of your chosen payment method and any limits applied to your account tier
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to account verification status and applicable withdrawal tier limits

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your crexkex account balance within 60 seconds of a successful transaction. Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your financial institution. crexkex does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed within one business day of the request being received. Mobile money withdrawals via bKash and Nagad typically complete within one to four hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take two to five business days depending on your bank.

crexkex reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, wagering requirement fulfilment, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

4.5 Same-Method Withdrawal Policy

For anti-money-laundering compliance purposes, crexkex requires that withdrawals be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the amount of that deposit. Any additional winnings beyond the deposited amount may be withdrawn to any verified payment method registered on your account.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

crexkex offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any additional specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your crexkex account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is published in the individual promotion's terms and conditions page. For example, a bonus carrying a 25x wagering requirement means that the total bonus amount must be wagered twenty-five times across eligible games before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

• Bonuses are available to verified players only. Players who have not completed KYC verification are not eligible to claim or withdraw bonus funds.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• crexkex reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonus funds where abuse of the promotion is suspected.
• Players who have requested self-exclusion or who are enrolled in a responsible gaming programme are not eligible to receive promotional bonuses.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

crexkex takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using low-risk or mathematically risk-free betting patterns specifically to complete wagering requirements; participating in coordinated bonus abuse with other players; and using bonus funds in games that contribute below the standard rate to wagering requirements without disclosing this.

Where bonus abuse is identified, crexkex reserves the right to void all bonus funds, cancel pending withdrawals, and close the player's account permanently without further notice.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting and casino gaming activity on the crexkex platform is governed by the following general rules. Product-specific rules for cricket betting, live casino, slots, and crash games are published in the relevant sections of the crexkex help centre.

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the crexkex platform are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body — including the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), ICC, FIFA, and other recognised sports authorities. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the decision of crexkex shall be final. crexkex reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was known at the time of bet placement.

crexkex offers both pre-match and live in-play betting markets on cricket — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — as well as football, kabaddi, hockey, tennis, and other sports. Market availability is subject to change.

6.2 Casino and RNG Games

All slot games, virtual table games, and crash titles available on crexkex use certified Random Number Generator technology to determine outcomes. RNG certification is conducted by independent testing laboratories. crexkex does not manipulate game outcomes and is not responsible for technical malfunctions originating from the game provider's software. In the event of a verifiable technical error affecting a game outcome, the affected round(s) will be voided and all stakes returned.

6.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules for each live table game — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, teen patti, and andar bahar — are displayed within the game interface and take precedence over any general descriptions elsewhere on the crexkex platform. In the event of a streaming disconnection during a live game round, crexkex will apply the studio's standard disconnection policy for that game variant.

6.4 Maximum Win Limits

crexkex applies maximum win limits per single game round, per day, and per calendar month across all product categories. Specific limits are displayed within each game or betting market. crexkex reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable to any individual player and to restrict the maximum stake accepted from any player at its sole discretion.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the crexkex platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent exclusion, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification
• Opening or operating more than one crexkex account, whether under your own name or any alias
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account without their explicit and documented consent
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the crexkex platform in place of genuine manual play
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or the misuse of inside information in sports betting
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game format
• Attempting to launder money or use the crexkex platform for any financially illicit purpose
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing crexkex support staff or other players through any communication channel
• Attempting to circumvent the platform's responsible gaming tools, self-exclusion mechanisms, or account restriction measures

08 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your crexkex account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal verification process. Bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

8.2 Involuntary Suspension and Closure

crexkex reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within the stipulated timeframe
• Submission of fraudulent or falsified documentation
• Confirmed involvement in bonus abuse, fraud, or prohibited conduct
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or financial crime
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider
• Regulatory or legal obligation requiring the termination of service

8.3 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude from the crexkex platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary cooling-off period (available in durations of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted via live chat or email to [email protected] and will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. 8.4 Effect of Account Closure

Upon closure of your crexkex account — whether voluntary or involuntary — your right to access the platform ceases immediately. crexkex will retain your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations. Any outstanding real-money balance in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to you; balances in accounts closed due to breach of these Terms may be subject to forfeiture depending on the circumstances of the closure.
